During the order process we will let you know when we will dispatch the products to you. Orders to most of the UK mainland are by the weight of your order which is calculated automatically at the checkout.

 

We will make every effort to arrange delivery to you as soon as reasonably possible and in any event within 15 days after the day on which we accept your order. In the case of any difficulties, we will contact you with an explanation and to agree a delivery date.

 

We will aim to deliver the goods by the date quoted for delivery but delivery times are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, the delivery date will be extended by a reasonable period and we will contact you to arrange an alternative time.
